| - L/C requires the fixed rules that are applicable for worldwide and the following formation is required. |
(1) Standard formation for L/C : The name of the involved parties, L/C number, UCP compliance wording, payment undertaking wording, validity period, amount, products, place of departure and arrival.
(2) For the documents : Shipping terms, insurance terms, number of set for required
documents and terms, presenting period for documents.
(3) Things about a draft : Issuance of a draft, taking over terms, payment method,
payment period
(4) Others : Xxpense burden condition, all kinds of special agreement that discords with
UCP , dispatching L/C. |
