| In consideration of your countersigning the said Letter of Guarantee, We hereby agree so hold you harmless from all consequences that may arise from your doing so, and to indemnify you against all claim and/or demands which may be made against you, in respect to the said goods, including losses. damages, costs, or any other expense which you may sustain or incur by reason of the premises or in any way relating thereto.
And further if any proceedings be instituted against you at any time in respect to the said goods, we promise to provide you with sufficient funds to defend the same, including attorney's fees and court And if called upon. we undertake at any time while the said roads are in only possession to deliver same to you
We further agree, on receipt of the Bill of Lading or the above to deliver the said Letter of guarantee that the said document for the cargo hereon mentioned have not been hypothecated to any other, firm or person and we hereby further promise and agree that they will not by so hypothecated without your written consent.
