In consideration of your honoring the above-described item notwithstanding the
following :

We hereby agree to repay to you on demand the amount of the draft together
with any expense incurred in connection there with provided that the documents
which accompanied the draft are returned to us, or you have been notified by the
issuing bank that the said documents have been returned to you or are being held
at your disposal.

It is understood that you will communicate with the issuing bank immediately and
will inform us subsequently when we may be released hereunder.
