We hereby establish this irrevocable Letter of Credit in your favour authorizing you to draw on our Amsterdam's-Office for a sum or sums not exceeding the aforesaid amount by draft(s) must be accompanied by :

signed invoice in 6 fold in the name of the applicant
packing list in 5-fold
full set of clean on board ocean bills on lading made out to order and blank endorsed
marked : "freight prepaid" and "notify: Handelmaatschappij Max Ternbach B.V., The Hague"
Certificate of Origin, Form A.
COVERING : shipment per steamer from xxx xxxx to Amsterdam of :
4900 dozen sets of Training suits, Art, no. PKE 9303; as per our principal's order-specifications MT 20785 and MT 20723
Terms of delivery : C.&.F. AMSTERDAM. Insurance will be covered here.
Partial shipment are permitted/Shipment(s) to be effected not later than 31st July 1996 Each draft drawn under this Credit must be marked "Drawn under Letter of Credit No. 51700 Unless otherwise stated draft(s) and documents as specified in this Letter of Credit must be forworded to our issuing office direct by the negotiating bank by two successive registered airmails. We hereby engage with drawers and/or bona fide holders that draft(s) drown and nego-tiated in conformity with the terms of this credit will be duly honoured on presentation and surrender of the relative documents and that draft(s) accepted within the terms of this credit will be honoured at maturity.

This credit is governed by the Uniform Customs and Practice for
Documentary Credit (1993 revision), adopted by the Council of
the International Chamber of Commerce.
