200 drums of dye at $ 50.00 per drum FOB railroad cars xxx xxxx,

Invoice in triplicate. Insurance covered by the buyer.
Railroad bill of lading, dated not later than September 12, 1986, made out to order of Irving Trust Company, xxx xxx, xxx xxxx(Reference 0012), marked "Notify xxx xxxx Dye Company, 647 Madison Avenue, xxx xxxx 13, xxx xxxx" and "Freight Collect".
Partial shipments are not permitted.
Drafts must clearly specify the number of this credit and be presented at this Company not later than September 15, 1996.
Except so far as otherwise expressly stated, this credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Commercial Documentary Credits (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce, Publication No. 500. For the definitions of certain Quotations reference is made to the general descriptions of those terms included in the "Revised American Foreign Trade Definitions-1941". Any amendment of the terms of this credit must be in writing over an authorized signature of this Company.
We engage with you that drafts drawn in conformity with the conditions of this credit will be duly honored by us.
