available by your draft(s) drawn at 45 days sight on us for 100% of invoice cost, to be accompanied by the following documents evidencing shipment(s) of

-Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate.
-Customs Invoice in duplicate.
-Packing List in triplicate.
-Air Waybills marked "freight collect" consigned to xxxxx Exchange Bank and "notify the accountee."
-Merchandise must be insured with air carrier for 110% of the invoice value, premium payable by the accountee.

We hereby agree with the drawers, endorsers, and bona fide holders of drafts drawn under and in complicate with the terms of this credit that the same shall be duly honored on due presentation and delivery of documents as specified to the drawee. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, this credit is subject to the "Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 500."
