We hereby open in your favor an irrevocable clean Letter of Credit for US $20,000
(US Dollars Twenty Thousand)
available by your drafts at sight on
for 100% of the invoice value which represents 2,000 dozens of men's sweaters.
Each draft must state that it is "Drawn under xxxxx Bank, Letter of Credit No.
00123 dated January 4, 1996" and the amount thereof must be endorsed on the back
of this Letter of Credit by the negotiating bank.
We hereby agree with the drawers, endorsers, and bona fide holders of all drafts drawn under and in compliance with the terms of this Letter of Credit that such drafts shall
be duly honoured on presentation to the drawee.
This Commercial Letter of Credit is subject to Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits(1993 Revision), international Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 500.
