Any amendment(except the increase of the amount) to the credit hereafter made is to be advised to the transferee (Second Beneficiary) with same notice to us.
The original credit (including amendments to this date, if any) is attached and we request you to endorse this transfer on the reverse thereof and to return the same to us.
We agree to indemnify and hold you harmless against any and all losses, damages and expenses arising from your actions on this transfer.
