Unless otherwise specified, this contract is subject to the following conditions.

We are not responsible for any delay of shipment caused by force majeure, tempests, plague, mobilization, war, civil commotion, hostilities, blockade, requisition of vessels, prohibition of export, or any other circumstances beyond our power. |
| (2) |
Any additional freight and insurance and other charges owing to the declaration of outbreak of war shall be paid by you. |
| (3) |
In case the exportation of the goods is prohibited by the authorities, storage and other charges incurred thereby until the prohibition is removed and shipment is made, shall be debited to your account. |
